Join us for a breakfast with the USPS Postmaster of Philadelphia who oversees all Philadelphia Post Offices. Postal Career Executive Service or PCES was established in 1979 to develop and maintain a highly motivated, competent group of individuals capable of filling the key management positions and providing the leadership needed for the continued success of the Postal Service.
